Qualifications

• 8+ years in Electrical engineering for Data Center/Mixed Use.
• Experience with BIM and MEP coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design and installation activities for Data Center/Mixed Use Development.
• Review and validate Electrical designs, drawings, and specifications for compliance.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor installation quality and progress.
• Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, RFIs, and change orders.
• Develop and manage project schedules for Electrical works.
• Perform cost analysis and budget management for Electrical components.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Participate in client meetings to discuss technical requirements and provide expert advice.
• Manage commissioning and testing of Electrical systems.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for project handover.

JOB DESCRIPTION - PROJECT LEAD (Electrical) - Data Center/Mixed Use Development

Position Summary

As a Project Lead - Electrical at JLL, you will be responsible for overseeing all electrical, aspects of Data Center/Mixed Use Development This role requires strong technical expertise combined with project management skills to ensure successful delivery of MEPF services within scope, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design and installation activities for Data Center/Mixed Use Development
• Review and validate Electrical designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless integration of Electrical systems
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor installation quality and progress
• Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, RFIs, and change orders
• Develop and manage project schedules for Electrical works
• Perform cost analysis and budget management for Electrical components

Qualifications

• Experience with MEP coordination tools and BIM software

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Engineering license or certificate

Working Conditions

• Occasionally required to work outside normal business hours to accommodate project schedules
