Qualifications

• M.Sc./M.Tech in biotechnology or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on biophysics or analytical research experience.
• Experience in biophysical characterization of biotherapeutics is required.
• NMR data acquisition experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of biophysical characterization projects.
• Develop analytical methods for peptides, mAbs, ADCs and oligonucleotides.
• Apply NMR, Fluorescence, CD, DSC and light scattering techniques.
• Ensure documentation, laboratory operations and QMS compliance.
• Mentor team members and contribute to R&D publications and workshops.
