Corpay Nagpur is seeking a Project Lead to drive the successful delivery of Corpay Complete integration projects. You will partner with Business Analysts, Engineering teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into executable delivery plans and lead sprint planning and execution across multiple initiatives.

You will report to the Director India Operations and collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project or program management.
• Experience leading multiple software integration initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Product, Engineering, QA, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of Corpay integration initiatives.
• Partner with Business Analysts to understand, refine, and prioritise integration requirements.
• Own the integration backlog, sprint planning, sprint execution, and delivery tracking.
• Coordinate with engineering teams on estimates, dependencies, blockers, and execution plans.
• Lead sprint ceremonies, including planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Track deliverables, milestones, timelines, and overall project health.
• Act as the primary point of accountability for integration project outcomes.
• Manage stakeholder communication, status reporting, and risk escalation.

The Integration Delivery Manager collaborates closely with Business Analysts to understand and refine requirements, ensures work is appropriately prioritized into the integration roadmap and sprint backlog, and leads sprint planning and execution activities with engineering teams. The role serves as the central coordination point for project timelines, dependencies, risks, stakeholder communication, and delivery outcomes.
