• Ensure cross-functional coordination among Product, Business Analysis, Engineering, QA and external stakeholders.

Your role

The Project Lead is responsible for driving the successful delivery of Corpay Complete integration projects by partnering with Business Analysts, Engineering teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into executable delivery plans. This role owns integration sprint management, project coordination, backlog planning, and delivery accountability across multiple integration initiatives. The Integration Delivery Manager collaborates closely with Business Analysts to understand and refine requirements, ensures work is appropriately prioritized into the integration roadmap and sprint backlog, and leads sprint planning and execution activities with engineering teams. The role serves as the central coordination point for project timelines, dependencies, risks, stakeholder communication, and delivery outcomes. Success in this role requires strong project and sprint management capabilities, cross-functional leadership, technical understanding of software integrations, and the ability to drive alignment between business needs and engineering execution to deliver high-quality integration solutions on time.

What you'll be doing

Project Lead What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire a Project Lead within our Accuralify division. This position falls under our Corporate Payments line of business and is located onsite in Nagpur, India. In this role, you will drive the successful delivery of Corpay Complete integration projects by partnering with Business Analysts, Engineering teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into executable delivery plans. You will report directly to Director India Operations and regularly collaborate with Engineering teams.
