Job summary

Latinem is seeking an experienced architectural/civil engineer for a leadership role in detailing, coordination, and project delivery in Hyderabad. The candidate will manage DD and IFC drawings, ensure design intent, and lead multi-disciplinary coordination across architecture, structure, MEP, and landscape.

The role requires 8+ years in high-rise or luxury residential projects, strong BIM software skills (Revit, BIM, CAD, SketchUp) and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• B. Arch and B. Tech Civil degrees.
• High Rise Building / Luxury Villas & Mansions experience.
• Software knowledge - Revit / BIM, CAD, Sketchup, Office (Word Excel and PowerPoint).
• Experience: 8+ yrs.

Responsibilities

• Preparation, Production & Submission of DD & IFC drawings and details with correct design intent.
• Maintain quality with through technical knowledge.
• Lead role in coordination with all trades (Architecture, Structure, MEP, Landscape) as required by HO Project lead.
• Interact with Design and FF&E teams along with HO project lead.
• Guide and monitor team members to translate design into working details and monitor productivity.
• Monitor productivity, detect deviations and adjust workplan with HO lead.
• Attendance of weekly progress meetings if HO lead requests.
• Review and deliver milestones submissions as planned by HO team.
• Awareness of codes and authorities requirements for Project location in coordination with HO Team lead.

Role & responsibilities

• Preparation, Production & Submission of Projects Detailed Design (DD) & Issue for Construction (IFC) drawings and details, with the right capturing of design intent.
• Maintain quality with the through technical knowledge.
• Lead Role in coordination with all Trades especially Architecture, Structure, MEP and Landscape as required by the HO Project lead.
• Overall interaction with Design and FF&E teams along with the HO project lead.
• Guide and monitor the team members ensuring the design translation into working details and monitor the productivity.
• Monitor Productivity, detect deviations leaks and set the modified workplan as per discussion and agreement with the HO project lead on deliverables.
• Attendance of weekly progress meetings if HO project lead is requesting.
• Review and deliver of milestones submissions as planned by the HO team.
• Basic awareness of code and authorities requirements related to Project location in coordination with the Team lead from HO.
