Job summary

Latinem Private Limited in Hyderabad, Telangana, invites an experienced BIM Designer/Co-ordinator to lead preparation, production and submission of detailed designs and IFC drawings, ensuring exact design intent and client standards.

You will coordinate with Architecture, Structure, MEP and Landscape teams, monitor productivity, guide team members, and participate in weekly progress meetings with HO project lead to align deliverables with milestones.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Revit/BIM, CAD, SketchUp and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Preparation, Production & Submission of Detailed Design (DD) & IFC drawings with design intent.
• Lead role coordinating with Architecture, Structure, MEP and Landscape as required by HO Project lead.
• Monitor productivity, guide team members, and ensure design translation into working details.
• Attend weekly progress meetings and review milestones as requested by HO team.
• Ensure compliance with Client Standards and local code requirements.

Job description

• Preparation, Production & Submission of Projects Detailed Design (DD) & Issue for Construction (IFC) drawings and details, with the right capturing of design intent.
• Maintain quality with the through technical knowledge.
• Lead Role in coordination with all Trades especially Architecture, Structure, MEP and Landscape as required by the HO Project lead.
• Overall interaction with Design and FF&E teams along with the HO project lead.
• Guide and Monitor the team members ensuring the design translation into working details and monitor the productivity.
• Monitor Productivity, detect deviations leaks and set the modified workplan as per discussion and agreement with the HO project lead on deliverables.
• Attendance of weekly progress meetings if HO project lead is requesting.
• Review and deliver of milestones submissions as planned by the HO team.
• Full awareness of typical details and Client Standards.
• Basic awareness of code and authorities’ requirements related to Project location in coordination with the Team lead from HO.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Software Knowledge - Revit / BIM, CAD, Sketchup, Office (Word excel and Power point)
