Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in multinational company setup.
• Hands on experience in developing solutions using AI tools for various uses cases mostly in project management processes

Responsibilities

• Demand Planning and Initiation: Define demand process to Business stakeholders, raise demand and oversee its approval with all relevant teams, provide regular feedback on progress.
• Project Planning and Initiation: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders; develop plans including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resources.
• Project Execution: Coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor progress to meet timelines and budgets; manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as primary contact, provide regular updates; facilitate meetings and document decisions, risks, and outcomes.
• AI at Core: Develop use cases in AI to replace daily routine and rule-based tasks; propose AI solutions to let teams focus on high-value work.

Purpose of this position / Position summary

The Project Manager will oversee and manage demands from creation , coordination and approval. Project Manager will also oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope.. The role requires strong organizational, and communication skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and achieve demand/ project objectives. The roles requires use of AI as a strategic lever to bring effeciency in demands and project managemet.

Primary duties and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Demand Planning and Initiation Define demand process to Business stakeholders Raising demand and overseeing its approval process with all relevant teams Providing regular feedback to Business stakeholders on the demand progress
• Project Planning and Initiation Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop project plans where required, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation. Identify potential risks and create mitigation strategies.
• Project Execution Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute project tasks. Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate change management processes.
• Stakeholder Communication Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status. Facilitate meetings, presentations, and discussions to ensure alignment and resolve issues. Document and communicate project decisions, risks, and outcomes.
• AI at Core Develop Use cases in AI to replace daily routine and rule-based task Propose and develop solutions in AI for team to focus more on high level work rather than data entry, basic scheduling and contest drafting Proactiveness Taking initiative to align and understand requirements with business and System owners/ developers. Proactively follow up with relevant teams to complete whole cycle till go live. Eager to learn new processes and systems.

Education / Professional Certification

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Information technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in Multinational company setup.
