Aufgaben

• Support the Project Head Office in preparing reports, trackers, presentations and routine project documentation.
• Collect, compile and maintain data from Operations, HR, Finance, Sales, Medical, Diagnostics, Supply Chain and other functions.
• Assist in preparing MIS and follow up with concerned teams for pending information or actions.
• Support coordination of meetings, prepare agendas/minutes where required and track action points.
• Assist in maintaining project records, files, correspondence and other required documentation.
• Support assigned project activities, process implementation and follow-up under guidance of the reporting manager.
• Coordinate with functional and cluster teams for routine information and status updates.
• Assist in identifying pending tasks, exceptions and follow-up requirements and elevate them to the concerned manager.
• Maintain confidentiality of project, employee, patient and business information.
• Learn and follow approved project processes, systems and reporting formats.

Job Purpose
