Job summary

ACCA Careers in Mumbai seeks a debt financing professional to lead debt for renewable energy projects, including financial modelling, lender coordination and documentation.

You will coordinate with banks, FIs and legal teams to sanction, disburse and monitor facilities, ensuring compliance and timely reporting.

Candidates should have renewable energy experience in fundraising or deployment, strong stakeholder skills and meticulous, analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of lender collaterals in coordination with internal teams for various debt proposals.
• Preparation of financial models for projects for launch with banks / FIs.
• Handling lender information requests and queries to ensure sanction of facilities as required.
• Working with lenders and internal / external legal teams to coordinate facility documentation.
• Working with internal teams and external stakeholders to comply with disbursement requirements and ensure disbursement of various facilities.
• Compliance of CPs and CSs including mortgage creation.
• Working with lenders / other stakeholders to sanction / set-up working capital facilities and non-fund based facilities as required.
• Arranging the mezzanine debt for the hold company.
• Interaction with the Credit Rating Agencies (CRISIL, ICRA, CARE etc.)
• Maintaining of information templates and trackers as required from time to time.
• Preparation of internal reporting / review formats from time to time for management review.
