Job summary

Siemens is seeking a data-driven professional for a role based in Gurugram. You will handle MIS reporting, design Power BI dashboards, and manage advanced Excel tasks to enable business insights.

You will support SharePoint administration, learning platforms, and data workflows, contributing to operational efficiency and cross-functional collaboration. This position emphasizes continuous learning and IT-enabled process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience with Power BI, Excel, SharePoint and IT tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• MBA in Systems/IT or BCA with MBA.

Responsibilities

• MIS reporting: Prepare, automate, and maintain management information system reports.
• Power BI dashboards: Design, develop, and manage interactive dashboards for business insights.
• Advanced Excel: Utilize pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas for data analysis and reporting.
• Data Management: Collect, clean, and structure large datasets to support decision-making.
• SharePoint Administration: Manage document libraries, workflows, and team collaboration spaces.
• Learning Platforms: Support technical aspects of learning platforms; prior experience is an advantage.
• Operational Efficiency: Support the Dept Head with day to day operation with organizing meetings/workshops taking end to end responsibility of execution.
• Audio/Video Content Management: Edit and upload learning videos and internal communications.
