Job summary

Siemens Energy India Limited is seeking a Project Executive in Operations & Digital Transformation with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint. The role focuses on MIS reporting, dashboard development, data management, and learning platform support within the Internal Services team headquartered in Gurugram.

You will contribute to operational excellence, data-driven decision making, and end-to-end execution of learning and digital initiatives across India.

Qualifications

• MIS reporting experience and ability to automate reports.
• Design, develop, and manage Power BI dashboards for business insights.
• Advanced Excel usage including pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas.
• Data collection, cleaning, and structuring of large datasets.
• SharePoint administration including document libraries and workflows.
• Support technical aspects of learning platforms and related IT tools.
• Assist Dept Head with day-to-day operations and end-to-end project execution.
• Edit and upload learning videos and internal communications.

• MIS Reporting: Prepare, automate, and maintain management information system reports.
• Power BI Dashboards: Design, develop, and manage interactive dashboards for business insights.
• Advanced Excel: Utilize pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas for data analysis and reporting.
• Data Management: Collect, clean, and structure large datasets to support decision-making.
• SharePoint Administration: Manage document libraries, workflows, and team collaboration spaces.
• Learning Platforms: Support technical aspects of learning platforms; prior experience is an advantage.
• Operational Efficiency: Support the Dept Head with day to day operation with organizing meetings/workshops taking end to end responsibility of execution
• Audio/Video Content Management: Edit and upload learning videos and internal communications.

• Strong proficiency in Power BI and Excel (including advanced functions).
• Experience with SharePoint administration and collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with IT tools and eagerness to adopt new technologies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use IT tools to edit modify audio/video of learning resources
• MBA in Systems/IT or BCA with MBA.
