Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Electrical Project Execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate electrical project execution activities from project initiation through completion.
• Review electrical drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical submittals.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and other engineering disciplines for smooth project execution.
• Supervise installation of electrical systems, equipment, cabling, containment, panels, transformers, DG systems, earthing, lighting, and related infrastructure.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules and ensure timely completion of electrical works.
• Ensure electrical installations are executed per drawings, specifications and standards.
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, HVAC, cleanroom, instrumentation, and other teams to resolve interfaces.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor workmanship, installation quality, and compliance with specs.
• Coordinate testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Identify risks and ensure corrective actions; monitor material deliveries to avoid delays.
• Maintain project documentation and handover records.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer Project Execution with 8+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry . The candidate will be responsible for executing electrical projects from planning and engineering through installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover. The role requires strong experience in pharmaceutical projects, coordination with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams, and ensuring that electrical works are completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

Roles Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate electrical project execution activities from project initiation through completion.
• Review electrical drawings, specifications, BOQs, technical documents, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and other engineering disciplines for smooth project execution.
• Supervise installation of electrical systems, equipment, cabling, containment, panels, transformers, DG systems, earthing, lighting, and associated infrastructure.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules and ensure timely completion of electrical works.
• Review contractor work methods, material submissions, shop drawings, and technical submittals.
• Ensure electrical installations are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, applicable standards, and pharmaceutical project requirements.
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, HVAC, cleanroom, instrumentation, and other project teams to resolve interface issues.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor workmanship, installation quality, and compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate testing, inspection, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and project handover activities.
• Identify project risks, technical issues, and execution constraints and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
• Monitor material requirements, deliveries, and availability at site to avoid project delays.
• Review and verify contractor measurements, work completion, and documentation as required.
• Ensure compliance with project HSE requirements and site safety procedures.
• Maintain project documentation, inspection records, test reports, as-built drawings, and handover documentation.
• Participate in project review meetings and provide regular updates on progress, issues, and completion status.
• Ensure projects are delivered within the approved time, quality, scope, and cost parameters.

Required Experience

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Electrical Project Execution.
• Pharmaceutical Industry experience is compulsory.
• Experience in execution of electrical works for pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, plants, laboratories, cleanrooms, or other regulated environments.
• Strong experience in contractor and vendor coordination, site execution, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
• Good understanding of electrical engineering standards, project specifications, drawings, and site execution practices.
• Ability to manage multiple project activities and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Education

B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university/institute.
