Job summary

Ani Integrated Services Ltd. seeks an Electrical Engineer Project Execution with 8+ years of pharma-facing experience to drive electrical projects from planning through handover.

You will coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure compliance with drawings, specs, safety, and timelines. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, supervising installations, coordinating testing and commissioning, and maintaining meticulous documentation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Electrical Project Execution.
• Pharmaceutical Industry experience is compulsory.
• Experience in execution of electrical works for pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, plants, or cleanrooms.
• Strong experience in contractor and vendor coordination, site execution, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
• Good understanding of electrical engineering standards, drawings, and site practices.
• Ability to manage multiple project activities and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate electrical project execution activities from project initiation through completion.
• Review electrical drawings, specifications, BOQs, technical documents, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and other engineering disciplines for smooth project execution.
• Supervise installation of electrical systems, equipment, cabling, containment, panels, transformers, DG systems, earthing, lighting, and associated infrastructure.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules and ensure timely completion of electrical works.
• Review contractor work methods, material submissions, shop drawings, and technical submittals.
• Ensure electrical installations are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, applicable standards, and pharma requirements.
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, HVAC, cleanroom, instrumentation, and other project teams to resolve interface issues.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor workmanship, installation quality, and compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate testing, inspection, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Identify project risks, technical issues, and execution constraints and coordinate corrective actions.
• Monitor material requirements, deliveries, and availability at site to avoid delays.
• Review and verify contractor measurements, work completion, and documentation as required.
• Ensure compliance with project HSE requirements and site safety procedures.
• Maintain project documentation, inspection records, test reports, as-built drawings, and handover documentation.
• Participate in project review meetings and provide progress updates.

Education

B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university/institute.
