Job summary

BS PROJECTS PVT. LIMITED, based in Mumbai, seeks a Project Engineer with hands-on experience in Process Exhaust System projects for solar, semiconductor, chemical, battery, and industrial manufacturing plants.

This site-based role requires deployment across PAN India and staying at project locations until completion. You will lead turnkey installation of ducts, wet scrubbers, blowers, chimneys, and utility systems, ensuring adherence to schedule, quality standards, and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in Industrial Project Execution.
• Experience in on-site installation and execution of PEX systems, HVAC, and related industrial projects.
• Ability to independently handle large turnkey project sites and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to deploy PAN-India and stay at project locations until completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site execution and progress monitoring.
• Prepare daily progress reports and manage inventory.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity across projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time or ahead of schedule.

BS Projects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly driven Project Engineer with hands‑on experience in Process Exhaust System (PEX) Projects for Solar, Semiconductor, Chemical, Battery, and Industrial Manufacturing Plants.

This is a site-based role with PAN India deployment. Candidates must be willing to stay at project locations until project completion. Regular monthly home visits/leave will be provided to maintain a healthy work‑life balance.

Execute complete turnkey installation of PPH/GI/FRP Ducting Networks, Wet Scrubbers, Centrifugal Blowers, Chimneys, Utility Systems, and Structural Supports.

Ensure execution as per project schedule, quality standards, and client requirements.

Lead and manage:

• Safety Engineer
• Contractors & Subcontractors

Responsible for:

• Daily Site Execution & Progress Monitoring
• Daily Progress Reports (DPR)
• Inventory & Site Material Tracking
• Safety, Quality & Productivity Management
• Billing Support & Joint Measurement Sheets (JMS)
• Project Scheduling & Recovery Planning

Emergency & Critical Situation Management

Handle site emergencies and critical activities efficiently.

Arrange additional manpower, tools, and resources to meet urgent client requirements.

Drive projects to successful completion under demanding timelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• 5-10 years of experience in Industrial Project Execution.
• Experience in on‑site installation and execution of PEX Systems, HVAC, Industrial Ventilation, Pollution Control Equipment, Utility Piping, Industrial Ducting, Chemical Plants, Pharma Plants, Power Plants, Steel Plants, or similar industrial projects.
• Candidates from similar EPC, Mechanical Installation, Utility, HVAC, or Industrial Construction backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
• Ability to independently handle large turnkey project sites and lead multidisciplinary execution teams.
