Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking an experienced Electrical engineer to lead CRP panel design, schematic reviews, and cable schematics for high- reliability control systems. You will collaborate with concept coordinators and multiple departments to finalize division of works and ensure drawings meet customer specs and internal standards.

You will support FAT/SAT activities and on-site commissioning, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics engineering required.
• 8+ years of experience in Control & Protection CRP Panel Design.
• Experience with Cable Engineering and E3 Design software.
• Base Template/Symbol/Library creation in E3 Tool.
• Site experience in AC control & protection testing & commissioning.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to finalize solutions.
• Attention to detail and delivery of high-quality digital solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Design Specifications, Overview Diagrams and Concept Clarifications with concept coordinators.
• Discuss with departments and stakeholders to prepare the Division of Works.
• Prepare CBD, PCD, Cable Schedule, Cable Termination tables, etc.
• Validate designs and drawings against customer specs and internal standards.
• Participate in FAT/SAT activities with sub-suppliers.
• Support site activities during commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• You will prepare of Design Specifications, Overview Diagrams and Concept Clarifications in close cooperation with the concept coordinators.
• You will discuss with other departments / stakeholders to prepare the Division of works.
• You will prepare the CBD, PCD, Cable Schedule, Cable Termination connection table, etc.
• You will validate the design drawings / documents provide by sub supplier to meet customer specification and Internal Standards.
• You will be involved in FAT / SAT activities with along with sub suppliers.
• You will technically support at site during commissioning phase of the project.
• You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

• You hold a degree in B.E. EEE.
• Minimum work experience of 8+ years in Control & Protection CRP Panel Design.
• You should have experience in Cable Engineering, E3 Desing software.
• Base Template/ Symbol / Library creation in E 3 Tool.
• You must have Site experience in AC Control & Protection Testing & Commissioning.
• Should have experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholder’s tom finalize the solution.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality digital solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
