Job summary

AviationSpace in Telangana, India, invites an experienced electrical project execution engineer to lead on-site activities for 33 kV and 132 kV substations and distribution systems for industrial projects.

You will coordinate with project consultants, contractors, and material suppliers; read drawings, prepare BOQ and cost estimations; supervise the execution team and labor; inspect materials and site work; ensure safety; and perform FAT at the electrical equipment manufacturers’ end, while

Responsibilities

• 1. Experience in execution of 33 kV & 132 kV substations and distribution systems for industrial projects preferred.
• 2. Exposure to the erection and commissioning of HT & LT electrical equipment like transformers, switch gears, cables, control panels, lighting, ELV, security & surveillance systems etc.
• 3. Coordination with project consultants, contractors, and material suppliers.
• 4. Able to read the drawings provided by project consultants and prepare BOQ and Cost Estimations.
• 5. To lead execution team and labour at site.
• 6. To check and prepare inspection reports of incoming and bought out materials.
• 7. To monitor site work progress and prepare reports for management reviews.
• 8. To inspect and ensure quality of electrical works as per the PO terms and Quality Systems.
• 9. To do FAT at electrical equipment manufacturers end
• 10. To ensure safety systems at site.
• 11. To check contractor’s running bills as per the actual works completed.
• 12. Should know AutoCAD.
