Job summary

CRA designs and manufactures custom-engineered systems for the Energy and Defence sectors. We deliver complex projects end-to-end, in-house—from design through manufacturing to commissioning.

As a Project Manager, you’ll lead end-to-end execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring client satisfaction with clear milestone reviews and risk controls.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical engineering.
• 5–7 years of experience in mechanical project management.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams.
• Proficiency with MS Project or Primavera.
• Willingness to travel for site visits.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, scheduling, and execution of engineering projects.
• Coordinate design, production, procurement, and QA teams to ensure progress.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Interface with clients for reviews and milestones.

Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you’ll lead the end-to-end execution of complex engineering projects, ensuring seamless delivery from order handover to dispatch and commissioning. You will be responsible for planning, coordination, client communication, and overall project performance across schedule, cost, and quality.

This role is ideal for experienced project professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, technically driven environment and are motivated to deliver excellence across every stage of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of engineering projects
  
• Coordinate with internal teams — design, production, procurement, and QA — to ensure timely progress

Requirements
