Job summary

Harsh Enterprises seeks a Civil Engineering professional to coordinate third-party inspections and structural audits across Maharashtra, especially Pune District. You will review DPRs, BOQs, tender docs, and QA/QC records to ensure compliance with standards and quality requirements.

The role requires coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams, and the ability to identify observations and provide practical, technical recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating third-party inspections and structural audits.
• Knowledge of QA/QC documentation and site quality records.
• Familiarity with MS Project, Primavera P6, MS Office and GIS/AI-GIS tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Third-Party Inspection visits across Maharashtra.
• Prepare and submit Third-Party Inspection Reports and Structural Audit Reports.
• Assess site execution against approved drawings, specs, standards, and quality requirements.
• Review QA/QC documentation, testing reports, and records, including NDT/DT testing procedures.
• Understand Water Supply, Building, Underground Sewerage, Roads, Bridges, and related infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, Contractors, and Site Teams to address requirements.
• Identify technical observations during site inspections and provide recommendations.
• Review Detailed Project Reports (DPR), BOQs, Estimations & Costing, Tender Documents, and related docs.
• Demonstrate familiarity with relevant civil engineering software including GIS/AI-GIS applications.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle and coordinate Third-Party Inspection and Structural Audit visits across Maharashtra.
2. Prepare and submit Third-Party Inspection Reports, Structural Audit Reports and Technical Assessment Reports.
3. Assess site execution with respect to approved drawings, specifications, applicable standards, and quality requirements.
4. Review QA/QC documentation, material testing reports, inspection records, and construction quality records, with a sound understanding of NDT/DT testing and evaluation procedures.
5. Demonstrate a good understanding of Water Supply, Building, Underground Sewerage Projects, Roads, Bridges and other infrastructure projects
6. Coordinate effectively with Clients, Consultants, Contractors, and Site Teams to address technical and project-related requirements.
7. Identify technical and construction-related observations during site inspections and provide clear, practical, and technical recommendations.
8. Should have working knowledge of MS Project, Primavera P6, MS Office, and relevant Civil Engineering software, including GIS/AI-GIS applications.
9. Review and understand Detailed Project Reports (DPR), BOQs, Estimation & Costing, Tender Documents, and related project documentation.
