Job summary

Zoho in Pune is seeking a capable project coordinator to drive end-to-end GIS project execution, coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, and delivery teams to ensure on-time completion.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, hands-on SAP/ERP experience, and proficiency in MS Office. You will act as the primary liaison with customers, attend technical meetings, and support cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end project execution to ensure timely completion of GIS projects (engineering, manufacturing, delivery).
• Understand and review GIS SLD, Plan and Section views, and other project-related technical documents.
• Act as the single point of coordination with customers for all project-related activities at the factory.

Job description

• End-to-end project execution to ensure timely completion of engineering, manufacturing, and delivery of Gas Insulated Substation (GIS) projects.
• Understand and review GIS Single Line Diagrams (SLD), Plan and Section views, and other project-related technical documents.
• Act as the single point of coordination with customers for all project-related activities at the factory.
• Attend technical meetings and coordinate with customers at their locations as required.
• Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Hands-on experience with SAP/ERP tools.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of MS Project will be preferred.
• 5-Day Work Week: Monday to Friday, with weekends off.
