is looking for a project engineer/manager to lead security systems installations in Hyderabad. You will design, plan, schedule, and finalize the Bill of Quantities, track progress, and ensure timely commissioning.Responsibilities include site surveys, coordinating with contractors, material planning, and keeping both client and Projects Manager informed of status and deviations.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing security systems projects is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate cross-disciplinary teams.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for project design, planning, implementation schedules and BOQ finalization.
• Conduct site surveys and prepare rough site sketches with device locations and connectivity.
• Weekly updates to Projects Manager on status, gaps, deviations and recommendations.
• Liaise with contractors, supervise projects and manage cross-discipline groups.
• Plan weekly material requirements and raise indent for shortfalls to avoid installation delays.
• Reconcile materials at client sites on a day-to-day basis.
• Lead project through commissioning, prepare documentation and keep client and PM informed.
• Join sales calls for technical negotiations and discussions.
• Explain product-related technical information to clients.

Job description

• Responsible for project design, planning, implementation schedules, getting the final Bill of Quantity of PO, project tracking, configuring complex equipments.
• Conduct Site Surveys and prepare a rough sketch of the site, mark the device locations and indicate connectivity.
• Weekly review and submission of updates to Projects Manager with regards to project status, short falls, deviations & recommendations.
• Maintaining liaison with contractors, supervising projects & managing cross-discipline groups.
• Planning the material requirement on weekly basis and raise the indent for material shortfall in order to avoid the delay in installation.
• Responsible for Material reconciliation at Client sites on day to day basis.
• Responsible to take the project till the Commissioning stage, prepare necessary project documentation and keep the client as well as Project Manager informed with project updates.
• Joint calls with sales team where there is a special emphasis for technical negotiations and discussions.
• Able to showcase and explain the Product related Technical information to Client.

Requirements

• Should have experience in fire hydrants and sprinklers
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
