Job summary

Gvpr Engineers is seeking a highly capable professional to oversee the execution of PEB projects in Maharashtra, India. The role focuses on handling large PEB structures (>400 MT) and supervising work at elevated heights, currently above 15 meters, with strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

The candidate will read and interpret all related documents, prepare BOQ and client/sub-contractor billing, and manage vendor and client interactions during project execution.

Qualifications

• Must have degree or diploma in Mechanical/Civil disciplines or higher.
• Prior experience with PEB structures is essential.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and documents related to PEB structures.

Responsibilities

• Preferably with Mechanical/Civil - Degree/ Diploma or Higher.
• Must be proficient in handling large PEB Structures with a capacity of more than 400 MT.
• Must have proven expertise in execution of PEB works at high elevations (Current structure is at +15 Mtr level above RCC structure).
• Should be able to demonstrate and enforce Safety and Quality standards to the workforce during execution.
• Must be capable of reading and interpreting all relevant documents and drawings pertaining to PEB Structures, and be competent to prepare BOQ, Client billing and Sub-contractor billing.
• Must execute PEB and related works strictly as per the committed schedules.
• Must be capable of effectively handling Vendors and Clients during project execution.
• Must be capable of handling work execution end-to-end independently.
• Must prepare and submit sub-contractor and client billing in a timely manner on a periodic basis.
