Qualifications

• Willingness to work full-time at the deployed site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities for LNG/LCNG/CNG stations.

About the Opportunity

Meenaar Global Consultants LLP is seeking a Project Engineer for full-time. The role covers day-to-day coordination with stakeholders for the timely commissioning of CNG stations, across CNG/LNG stations and facilities, office building construction sites and CGS sites as per tender scope.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in LNG/CNG system design or project execution in the hydrocarbon industry, including process plants, pipelines (hydrocarbon, crude oil, gas), petrochemical plants, LPG plants and refineries.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities for LNG/LCNG/CNG stations, including civil and structural, electrical, mechanical, and associated works.
• Ensure execution of work in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, BOQ, method statements, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, site supervisors, and GEL representatives for smooth execution of project activities.
• Monitor daily work progress, manpower deployment, material availability, and equipment utilization at the project site.
• Identify site-level issues, execution bottlenecks, and delays and promptly report them to the Zonal Incharge / Project Manager.
• Ensure proper coordination among civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and other disciplines to avoid interface issues.
• Maintain records of site measurements, work completion, inspection requests, test reports, and other construction-related documentation.
• Assist in planning and monitoring project milestones to ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Engineering (any discipline) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Diploma Engineer in CGD industry, or candidate with minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision / construction of CNG stations/LNG stations.
• Experience in LNG/CNG system design or project execution in any hydrocarbon industry, such as hydrocarbon process plants, pipelines (hydrocarbon/crude oil/gas), petrochemical plants, LPG plants, refineries, etc.
• Experience in coordinating with stakeholders at site and supporting timely project completion.
• Willingness to work full time at the deployed site.
