Job summary

Modern Spaaces in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Manager to lead projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints and delivering safe, high-quality outcomes.

You will coordinate with site engineers, contractors and vendors, conduct regular site visits, prepare detailed reports on budgets and schedules, enforce safety and quality standards, and guide teams through high-rise construction using methods like Mivan.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in civil engineering or construction management.
• Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• Strong understanding of building construction processes (high rise buildings), Mivan technology, real estate construction methods.
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with stakeholders.
