Job summary

Sangreen Future Renewables Private Limited seeks an accomplished Project Director - Wind EPC to lead the execution of large-scale wind energy projects and ensure predictable delivery across multiple locations. You will work closely with the Director to translate strategic objectives into on-ground success while upholding safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

We expect 18+ years in Wind EPC execution with a strong track record of leading multi-project portfolios and delivering on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (MBA preferred).
• 18+ years of Wind Power Project Execution / EPC experience.
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing large, complex, or multi-project portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of Wind EPC projects from site mobilization, erection, commissioning, and final handover.
• Drive project schedules, milestone achievement, resource planning, and execution strategies while maintaining contractual commitments and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Construction, and O&M teams to ensure seamless project delivery and timely resource availability.
• Provide leadership across Civil BoP, Electrical BoP, Mechanical Erection, Electrical Works, and Commissioning activities while mitigating project risks.
• Champion a culture of Zero LTI, safety excellence, quality assurance, and environmental compliance across all project sites.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships, including DISCOMs, SLDC, CEIG, regulatory authorities, contractors, and clients for approvals and grid connectivity.
• Monitor project budgets, cash flows, cost optimization initiatives, and commercial performance to protect margins.

As we continue to expand our renewable energy footprint, we are looking for an accomplished Project Director - Wind EPC to lead the execution of large-scale wind energy projects and drive operational excellence across multiple project locations. This role will serve as a key execution leader, working closely with the Director to transform strategic objectives into on-ground project success while ensuring predictable delivery across the IPP portfolio.
Location: Pune/Pan India

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of Wind EPC projects from site mobilization, erection, commissioning, and final handover.
• Drive project schedules, milestone achievement, resource planning, and execution strategies while maintaining strict compliance with contractual commitments and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Construction, and O&M teams to ensure seamless project delivery and timely availability of resources.
• Provide leadership across Civil BoP, Electrical BoP, Mechanical Erection, Electrical Works, and Commissioning activities while proactively mitigating project risks.
• Champion a culture of Zero LTI (Lost Time Injury), safety excellence, quality assurance, and environmental compliance across all project sites.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships, including DISCOMs, SLDC, CEIG, regulatory authorities, contractors, and clients to ensure timely approvals and grid connectivity.
• Monitor project budgets, cash flows, cost optimization initiatives, and commercial performance to protect project margins and support business growth.

Who We're Looking For

• 18+ years of experience in Wind Power Project Execution / EPC Projects.
• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience managing large, complex, or multi-project portfolios.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (MBA preferred).
• Strong expertise in Wind EPC lifecycle management, WTG erection, BoP execution, project planning tools (MS Project/Primavera), stakeholder management, and regulatory processes.
