Qualifications

• PMQ experience in PMC and large healthcare projects is mandatory.
• Experience across full lifecycle of hospital construction.
• Strong stakeholder, client, consultant, and contractor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of a large-scale Greenfield Healthcare Project from concept to completion.
• Coordinate between design, procurement, and construction teams to meet milestones.
• Ensure PMC governance and critical milestones across the project lifecycle.
