SITA in India is seeking a delivery-focused professional to manage successful ordering and delivery of customer orders within scope and lead time. You will liaison with customer contacts, place work orders, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure resources and schedules are aligned for timely delivery.

You will work with cross-functional technical teams, mitigate delivery risks, and ensure smooth transition to operations and billing, while maintaining clear delivery reports for stakeholders.

Formación

• Proven experience in Network Services delivery.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional technical teams and managing customer/vendor relationships.
• Track record of identifying and mitigating delivery risks.
• Knowledge of technical documentation and change management practices.

Responsabilidades

• Manage successful delivery of customer orders to the agreed scope quality and time.
• Liaise with designated customer contact to assess local site requirements and readiness for delivery initiation.
• Place work orders and coordinate with internal teams suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of all required components.
• Work with customer suppliers and internal teams to reserve resources and schedule installation/ migrations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams to resolve delivery roadblocks.
• Identify and propose alternate solutions when delivery is at risk in consultation with stakeholders.
• Ensure effective transition to operations and billing.
• Obtain Customer acceptance of the delivered orders.
• Keep internal tools up to date with delivery technical and billing related information.
• Build and share delivery progress reports with stakeholders

PURPOSE

What Will You Do

Experience, Education and Skills

• Proven experience in Network Services delivery
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional technical teams and managing customer/vendor relationships.
• Track record of identifying and mitigating delivery risks.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science information technology Networking or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in networking or project management (e.g. Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Project Management Professional (PMP) ITIL Lean Six Sigma Excel Powerpoint).
• In-depth knowledge of Network and other services and delivery processes.
• Ability to manage projects and liaise with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of technical documentation and change management practices.
