Job summary

Analemma Consultants in Pune, Maharashtra, is seeking a Lighting Designer II to join our team. You will develop lighting concepts, perform calculations, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver energy-conscious designs.

A Bachelor degree in Architecture/Interior Design/Electrical and 2–4 years of experience are expected; proficiency in AGi32, DIALux Evo, AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office is required; strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Architecture, Interior Design or Electrical.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience as a Lighting Designer.
• Proficient in AGi32, DIALux Evo, AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop lighting design concepts aligned with project requirements and sustainability goals.
• Use Photoshop to enhance lighting renderings and create client presentation materials.
• Develop visualizations and presentations using Enscape to communicate design intent.
• Perform lighting calculations and simulations using AGi32, DIALux Evo or similar tools.
• Select and specify lighting fixtures, controls, and systems meeting project criteria and energy codes.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers to integrate lighting solutions.
• Create technical drawings, specifications, and presentation materials to communicate design intent.
• Research new lighting technologies and trends to incorporate sustainable solutions.
• Support green building certifications like Title24, LEED, WELL where applicable.

• Use Photoshop to enhance lighting renderings, prepare presentation boards, and create compelling visual materials for client presentations and design reviews
• Develop lighting visualizations and design presentations using Enscape to communicate lighting concepts, fixture placement, and overall design intent.
• Perform lighting calculations and simulations using industry-standard software such as AGi32, DIALux Evo or similar tools.
• Select and specify lighting fixtures, controls, and systems to meet project criteria, energy codes, and client preferences.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers, to integrate lighting solutions seamlessly into the overall building design.
• Create technical drawings, specifications, and presentation materials to communicate design intent effectively.
• Conduct research on new lighting technologies and trends to incorporate innovative, sustainable solutions into project.
• Support Title24, LEED, WELL, or other green building certifications by designing energy-efficient and human-centric lighting systems.
