Weekday is seeking a Project Coordinator EPLAN Electrical Engineering in India to orchestrate cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality electrical design solutions using EPLAN and EPLAN P8.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in electrical engineering or electrical CAD environments.
• Proficient with EPLAN/P8 software and related electrical design tools.

• Hands‑on experience conducting and managing UAT cycles for engineering projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate project timelines and deliverables.
• Ability to analyze complex data to support decision making and project optimization.
• Proactive risk identification and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end project workflows for EPLAN Electrical CAD projects.
• Manage external vendor engagements, negotiating scopes and service levels.
• Lead UAT planning, execution, and documentation for electrical design deliverables.
• Maintain comprehensive project tracking dashboards and status reports.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure clarity of project objectives.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proposing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality guidelines.
