Job summary

ICF seeks an experienced professional in stakeholder engagement to lead strategy development, map institutional networks, and design capacity-building programs across energy transition and public policy initiatives. You will facilitate workshops, support change management, and strengthen government and civil society partnerships.

The role requires 8–12 years in stakeholder engagement, with a background in policy, development studies, or related fields.

Qualifications

• Master's in Public Policy, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Communications, Management, Urban Planning or related.
• Preferred: Adult learning/facilitation certifications.
• 8–12 years in stakeholder engagement, institutional development, training and government advisory.
