Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) required.
• 4–6 years of relevant project coordination experience.
• Experience with CCTV Surveillance, security systems, and IT infrastructure projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project teams, vendors, clients, and stakeholders to meet milestones.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, Minutes of Meetings (MoM), progress reports, and compliance records.
• Track project resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, as per project requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays or bottlenecks, and elevate critical issues to the Project Manager.
• Support site teams during installation, commissioning, testing, and project handover activities.
• Follow up with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely material delivery and completion of assigned activities.
• Ensure project activities comply with company SOPs, safety standards, quality requirements, and client specifications.
• Maintain project trackers, schedules, and regular status reports for management review.
• Provide logistical and operational support to project execution teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth project execution.
