Job summary

Pennant Technologies Pty is seeking a Project Coordinator for Mumbai/Chennai with 4–8 years of experience in FinTech/Lending. You will coordinate with project managers, drive task completion, and manage customer support and change requests across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include tracking BRD to delivery, coordinating QC/SIT/UAT and rollout, monitoring SLAs, and maintaining project tools like Jira and timesheets.

Qualifications

• Project management knowledge and techniques.
• Experience in banking and finance domains.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Management or BBA background.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project managers, monitor and track tasks.
• Work with teams to drive completion of assigned tasks.
• Track customer CRs and support requests to closure.
• Track activities from BRD to delivery of FSD and solution delivery.
• Coordinate QC, SIT & UAT and rollout support.
• Work with customers support to track requests, data corrections, defects.
• Monitor SLA and TAT for UAT and production tickets.
• Coordinate with QC and Engineering for project and support activities.
• Prepare weekly status reports and project trackers.
• Ensure usage and updates of project tools (Jira, HR apps, timesheets).
• Track commercials/billing/payments.

Role & responsibilities

• Working closely with Project managers - Coordinating , monitoring, and tracking the project tasks .
• Working closely with the teams and driving them to complete the assigned tasks .
• Tracking Customers CR and Support requests to closure.
• Tracking all activities from - BRD to delivery of FSD to Delivery of solution to customers.
• Co-ordination of various tasks involved during QC, SIT & UAT and Rollout Support
• Working closely with customers support organization in tracking Support requests, Data Corrections requirements, System Defects .
• Tracking the SLA, TAT for UAT and Production Tickets
• Co-ordinating with QC and Engineering teams for various Project and Support activities.
• Preparing Weekly status reports and Project trackers.
• Ensuring the usage and updates of various Project tools ex: Jira, HR applications, Time Sheets .
• Tracking Commercials/Billing/Payments

Key Skills :

• Should have done Management or BBA course.
• Knows Project management techniques.
• Should have knowledge of banking and finance.
• Excellent communication skills is a must (English and Hindi).
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, and PPT.
