Job summary

The ePlane Company is seeking a Project Coordinator with aerospace experience to drive planning, execution and delivery of aircraft design projects. You will coordinate R&D and engineering teams, manage schedules, risks and actions, and ensure regulatory documentation is complete.

You will work across procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, finance and QA, using Jira, G-Suite and ERP tools. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

The candidate should have experience in Project management in the Research & Development (R&D) and Engineering teams during the New Project Development (NPD) lifecycle in Aerospace domain. This role ensures project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of aircraft design and development projects. The role coordinates multidisciplinary engineering teams, supply chain, manufacturing, finance & regulatory teams and maintains project schedules, tracks risks and actions, prepares management reports, and ensures project documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements.
