Job summary

Ubifly Technologies in Chennai, India, is seeking a Project Coordinator with aerospace project management experience to drive aircraft design and development initiatives across R&D and engineering teams.

You will help plan, monitor, and deliver projects, coordinate procurement and supply chain, manage risks, and ensure documentation and regulatory alignment. Proficiency with Jira, G-Suite, and ERP software is preferred.

Job description

We are looking for a Project Coordinator with experience in Aircraft Industries. The candidate should have experience in Project management in the Research & Development (R&D) and Engineering teams during the New Project Development (NPD) lifecycle in Aerospace domain. This role ensures project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of aircraft design and development projects. The role coordinates multidisciplinary engineering teams, supply chain, manufacturing, finance & regulatory teams and maintains project schedules, tracks risks and actions, prepares management reports, and ensures project documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements.
