We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Project Coordinator who has experience in the design field, preferably with exposure to AR/VR, 3D, or immersive technology projects.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget
• Develop and track detailed project plans
• Manage changes in scope, schedule, and cost using the right tools
• Coordinate with clients to gather and clarify requirements (travel may be required)
• Measure progress using project management tools and techniques
• Maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Identify and sequence project activities effectively
• Allocate resources (time, budget, equipment) efficiently
• Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments for successful delivery

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 0–5 years of experience
• Must be from South India
• Strong background in the design field
• Experience handling AR/VR, 3D, or immersive tech projects is an added advantage
