Job summary

Oceaneering India Center seeks a Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager in delivering high-impact projects across global teams. You will ensure seamless coordination, robust project controls, and effective communication to strengthen client relationships.

Domestic and international travel up to 25% of the year is required. You will maintain project documentation, assist with budgets, schedules, risk registers, and KPI tracking, and apply Scrum practices with Jira for transparent

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate with 2–5 years in project coordination or similar role.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum with Jira, requirements gathering, feature development, and writing user stories.
• Skilled in supporting cross-functional teams, maintaining documentation, and managing client/stakeholder communication; IT/software project experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate among all functional teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Maintain all project documentation including SoW, change requests, schedules, risk registers.
• Prepare progress reports, invoices, budgets, timesheets and KPI records.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Scrum ceremonies and daily stand-ups.
• Use Jira for project tracking and management.
• Apply working knowledge of requirements gathering and feature development processes.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and structured user stories.
• Manage arrangements, clearances, project team mobilization/demobilization, and travel-related tasks.
• Manage inventory and asset lists of all non-human resources, issue registers, and transit documentation.
• Perform various tasks assigned within projects or related to operations.
• Support the project manager in planning, controlling, and implementing assigned projects.
• Administer and update relevant project databases, including INFORM Software modules for resource and asset management.
• Conduct regular project control meetings to track progress, issues, and dependencies.
• Maintain regular and effective communication with clients to build strong client–contractor relationships.
• Understand project-specific contractual terms and conditions.
• Working knowledge of INFORM Software for logistics, resource planning, and operational coordination is highly desirable.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate among all functional teams and shared services to ensure timely and effective project execution.


• Maintain all project-related documentation, including SoW documents, change requests, schedules, risk registers, etc.


• Prepare and maintain documents such as project progress reports, invoices, budgets, timesheets, project team deputation records, and project KPIs.
