Job summary

Egis in Bengaluru, India seeks a Project Coordinator to support our design projects within the Project Management team. You will ensure smooth workflow, maintain high-quality deliverables, and coordinate with designers, clients, and stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in architecture and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with preference for Canada project exposure and Oracle project management tools experience. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture is required.
• Postgraduate qualification in project/ construction management is preferred.
• 3–5 years of similar experience expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with designers, clients, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and facilitate effective communication.
• Organize and maintain design files, assets, and project documentation.
• Schedule and coordinate design review meetings, presentations, and client approvals.
• Assist in creating project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to team members and management.
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines across all projects.
• Coordinate with vendors and external partners for production and delivery of design materials.
• Assist in the development of design concepts and provide constructive feedback.
• Perform quality checks on design deliverables before client presentation or production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture and Post graduation in project management or construction management or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of similar experience

Additional Information

• Canada Project Experience is preferred
• Oracle (Project Management Tool) experience is preferred
• Proficiency in design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) is preferred
• Strong knowledge of design principles, trends, and best practices
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
