Job summary

Egis Road Operation India in Bengaluru, India, seeks a detail-oriented Project Control professional to join our Project Management team. You will support billing, contracts, and financial reporting across multiple projects, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing.

Ideal candidates have a B.Tech, 3–5 years in project control or contract administration, and proficiency with Excel and Oracle PM tools. You will collaborate with project managers and clients to maintain contract files and budgets.

Qualifications

• B.Tech with project control experience; PG in project management preferred.
• 3–5 years in project control, billing or contract administration.
• Strong knowledge of contract management and billing practices.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage project billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing.
• Track and maintain project agreements, contracts, and related documentation.
• Monitor project financials, budgets, and cost control measures.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders on contractual and billing matters.
• Organize and maintain contract files, billing records, and project documentation.
• Assist in tracking project timelines against contractual obligations and deliverables.
• Monitor progress and provide status updates on financial and contractual matters.
• Coordinate with internal finance/legal teams and external partners on agreements and contract matters.
• Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and contract-related issues.

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Project Control professional to join our Project Management team in Bengaluru, India. As a Project Control specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting billing, project relations, agreements, and contracts, ensuring financial and contractual accuracy across all project deliverables.

• Support and manage project billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing
• Track and maintain project agreements, contracts, and related documentation
• Monitor project financials, budgets, and cost control measures
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders on contractual and billing matters
• Organize and maintain contract files, billing records, and project documentation
• Assist in tracking project timelines against contractual obligations and deliverables
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates on financial and contractual matters
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and organizational policies across all projects
• Coordinate with internal finance/legal teams and external partners on agreements and contract matters
• Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and contract-related issues
• Perform quality checks on billing documentation and contract deliverables before submissio

What do we need from you

Qualifications

• B.Tech degree with project control experience
• Post graduation in project management is preferable
• 3 to 5 years of similar experience in project control, billing, or contract administration

Additional Information

• Oracle (Project Management Tool) experience is preferred
• Proficiency with billing/financial tracking tools and MS Office (especially Excel) is preferred
• Strong knowledge of contract management principles and billing practices
• Excellent project control skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
