Job summary

Egis Group in India is seeking an experienced Architect/Urban Planner to lead master planning, urban design, and project management from concept to completion. You will develop master plans and reports, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, present proposals to clients and regulators, and mentor junior staff.

• Bachelor's in Architecture and Master's in urban planning/urban design (10-12 years experience).
• Experience in master planning, urban design and project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and anchor multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring objectives and timelines are met.
• Prepare project management plans to monitor progress and assess issues and impact on timeline/cost.
• Develop comprehensive master plans for urban projects, including urban design and infrastructure planning.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and coordinate with architects, engineers, environment & financial experts.
• Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and regulatory agencies.
• Prepare bid proposals, including technical and financial aspects.
• Travel to project sites for data collection, stakeholder consultations, and client meetings.
• Share knowledge and build capacity within junior team members.

About the Role

What do we need from you

• Bachelors in Architecture & Master’s degree in urban planning/ urban design with 10- 12years of experience.
• Experience in master planning, urban design, and project management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in GIS, CAD, Adobe Suite, and other planning software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
