Job summary

Alliance India is seeking a Project Coordinator to work at the field level in Mizoram, focusing on prison intervention activities and reporting to the State Project Manager. The role involves coordinating field operations and ensuring alignment with program goals.

You will drive donor engagement, lead new lead generation, and fundraising through telefacing and face-to-face meetings, while maintaining confidentiality and quality standards.

The Project Coordinator will be working at the field level and will be primarily responsible for the prison intervention-related activities in the assigned district(s). The position will report to the State Project Manager, who will be responsible for taking care of the Prison Intervention in the assigned location in Mizoram.

The position will be part of Alliance India’s End AIDS India Campaign and will be responsible for new lead generation, donor retention and fundraising through telefacing, and face-to-face meetings. Engage existing donors for continued and expanded support, identify new prospects, and target HNIs, donor acknowledgment, maintain records, gather feedback. Adhere to confidentiality, organizational plans, and quality standards.

Alliance India builds capacity, provides technical support and advocates to strengthen the delivery of effective, innovative, community-based HIV programmes to vulnerable populations affected by the HIV epidemic.
