One such initiative is Project Sashakt implemented by PATH, which supports the National and State AIDS Control Program in Northeast (Manipur, Nagaland and Mizoram).**POSITION SUMMARY**As a Senior Program Officer I you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and implementation of research and project(s) design. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of programs and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organization objectives. **RESPONSIBILITIES/DELIVERABLES/JOB DUTIES*** You will design and implement public health programs that address global health needs and align with our organization's strategic goals.* You will manage the day-to-day operations of assigned programs, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.* You will develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including program partners, funders, and community organizations.* You will conduct research and analysis to identify emerging public health issues and recommend appropriate interventions.* You will monitor program outcomes and provide regular reports to internal and external stakeholders.* You will ensure program compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.* You will develop and manage program evaluation plans to assess program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.* You will conduct analysis of program services and create comprehensive reports.* Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor to meet the needs of the organization.**KNOWLEDGE & APPLICATION*** The Senior Program Officer I should have a deep understanding of public health principles and practices, as well as experience in program design, implementation, and management.
