IQVIA in Bengaluru is seeking a detail-oriented Data Changes and Maintenance professional to author data change requests, coordinate implementations and ensure closure of changes across client projects. You will handle SCR data setup support, reconciliation tasks, and issue investigation with quick, accurate resolutions.

The role emphasizes strong communication, customer service ethics, teamwork, and the ability to learn a technical system while delivering high-quality results.

Responsabilités

• Author data change requests based on client's needs.
• Coordinate the implementation and ensure closure of the data changes.
• Resolve tickets and investigate issues; escalate as needed.
• SCR support - perform SQR Data Setup support.
• Reconciliation - Interim/study End analysis from DM.
• Draft study specific user guides, SUSR's, HDSG and finalize based on PM comments.
• Prepare IM slides, Update communication/ VMP.
• Study closeout Checks and download reports and store in SharePoint.
• Adhoc tasks as required by business need.

Data changes (50%)

• Author data change requests based on client's needs.
• Coordinate the implementation and ensure closure of the data changes

Maintenance tasks (30%)

• Take appropriate actions to resolve the tickets where needed.
• Investigate issues and manage the resolution or elevate to other groups for further investigations - GTs, Ops tickets
• SCR support - perform SQR Data Setup support
• Reconciliation - Interim/study End analysis from DM

Documentation (15%)

• Draft study specific user guides, SUSR's , HDSG and finalize based on PM comments
• Prepare IM slides, Update communication/ VMP

Closeout Tasks (5%)

• Study closeout Checks
• Download reports and store in the SharePoint

Adhoc tasks

• Other related duties as required by business need
