Job summary

IQVIA in Bengaluru seeks a Project Coord 2 to coordinate data change implementations and manage maintenance tasks. You will draft user guides, support data setup, and assist with study closeouts while maintaining high-quality, timely outputs.

Strong communication, teamwork, and multi-tasking are essential, with proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn new technical systems. The role is on-site in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities

• Data changes (50%): author data change requests based on client needs and coordinate implementation to close
• Maintenance tasks (30%): resolve tickets, investigate issues, escalate when needed, support SCR, SQR data setup, reconciliation
• End analysis from DM and documentation (15%): draft study guides, SUSRs, HDSG, finalize per PM
• Prepare IM slides and update communications/VMP
• Closeout tasks (5%): study closeout checks, download reports and store in SharePoint
• Adhoc tasks and other duties as required by business needs

Coordinate the implementation and ensure closure of the data changes Maintenance tasks (30%) Take appropriate actions to resolve the tickets where needed Investigate issues and manage the resolution or elevate to other groups for further investigations – GTs, Ops tickets SCR support - perform SQR Data Setup support Reconciliation - Interim/study End analysis from DM Documentation (15%) Draft study specific user guides, SUSR’s , HDSG and finalize based on PM comments Prepare IM slides, Update communication/ VMP Closeout Tasks (5%) Study closeout Checks Download reports and store in the SharePoint Adhoc tasks Other related duties as required by business need
