IQVIA in Bengaluru seeks a data analytics professional to understand client requirements, interpret data, and develop dashboards with key KPIs such as Market share, Evolution Index, and Penetration rate. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights in client meetings, leveraging Excel, Power BI, and SQL.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, business acumen, and the ability to work both independently and in teams within a pharmaceutical market consulting context.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences/Technology/Statistics or equivalent.
• Master's degree in Life Sciences/Economics/Business/Statistics is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Excel, Power BI, SQL and data interpretation is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Understand client requirements and propose business solutions.
• Interpret data and summarize findings with analytical reasoning.
• Build dashboards with KPIs such as Market share, Evolution Index, and Penetration rate.

Key Job Role

• Understanding the requirements from clients/stakeholders and proposing a business solution for the same
• Good with Analytical and Logical reasoning skills, should be able to interpret data and summarize findings
• Supporting the design and build of new dashboards with key KPIs like Market share, Evolution Index, Penetration rate etc with understanding business needs, product portfolio , pricing.
• Managing internal and external cross functional stakeholders to provide solution for different business problems
• Leveraging business acumen in identifying strategic alternatives to client questions
• Working in a team of like-minded professionals to create reports, presentations, workshops with client employees, management teams and other stakeholders
• Developing broad knowledge of related consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical market through the delivery of consulting engagements and participation in formal and informal learning opportunities
• Working independently and as part of a team
• Attending, supporting and presenting at client meeting
• Have hands on working experience on Excel , PPT , Power BI and SQL
• Understanding of Pharma Industry and landscape will be an added advantage
