Job summary

Topsoe's Planner Group for Technology Projects in Noida, India, seeks a proactive Project Planner/Controller to structure work-breakdown and budgets, and to schedule deliverables based on client documents and templates.

You will support project management with SAP BW/BI, Power BI, and advanced Excel, monitor progress, forecast costs, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Have at least 3 years of practical experience in project execution, specifically in project planning, project scheduling, or project controlling.
• Have an engineering background or extensive project planning and controlling experience.
• Are comfortable handling many projects in parallel.
• Are innovative and curious with regards to improving tools and processes and possess a strong analytical mindset.
• Having Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP PS, SAP BW/BI, Power BI, MS Project, and Excel Analyzer is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create project “work-breakdown-structures” and cost budgets and conduct scheduling of project deliverables based on client contractual documents and internal templates
• Facilitate monthly updates, controlling of manhour and cost forecasts as well as schedules for all ongoing projects in close cooperation with project management and executional disciplines
• Secure controlling and review of planned and actual progress on deliverables including 3rd party hardware fabrication
• Provide ongoing support to project management by use of SAP BW/BI reports, Power BI and Excel Analyzer reports and must be an advanced user of Excel
• Conduct ad-hoc data analyses as well as ongoing reporting on our project execution performance to secure deep understanding of our project execution challenges and present key findings
• Facilitate effectful interaction internally in own team and with our key stakeholder.

Your new team

The Planner Group for Technology Projects is located mainly at our regional office in Noida, India. You will become part of a team-oriented group of 10 planners with a wide range of experience and a diverse cultural background. Team working is essential to our daily work, even though every planner is assigned to a separate portfolio of projects.
