The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, IT, or BBA, along with 2–5 years of experience in project controls and advanced proficiency in tools such as Excel and Power BI. This full-time role does not require travel, and the position will remain open until filled.

• Create, modify, and maintain projects, WBS, cost codes, and budgets in EcoSys.
• Perform regular budget modifications, track actuals, and monitor variances.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and finance teams to ensure accurate updates.
• Track invoice status, coordinate with accounts, and align with budgets.
• Lead or support weekly budget review and financial status calls.
• Prepare concise financial summaries and reports for leadership.
• Assist in developing resource‑planning workflows and reporting tools.
• Support PMO initiatives such as standardizing financial reporting.
