Job summary

ZTE Corporation in Bengaluru seeks an experienced telecom project manager to lead end-to-end project execution within the circle, ensuring on-time delivery, budget discipline, and high customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, procurement, finance, and other internal functions, manage risks, quantify progress, and report to senior management while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 15/20 years of relevant telecom project management experience.
• Experience in managing large-scale telecom deployment projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end telecom project planning, implementation, monitoring, and delivery within the assigned circle.
• Manage project teams, resources, budgets, timelines, and operational performance.
• Drive project execution.
• Manage customer relationships, conduct project reviews, and resolve escalations.
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, procurement, finance, and other internal ms to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project costs, profitability, billing, and payment collection.
• Ensure compliance with project quality standards, safety requirements, contractual obligations, and company policies.
• Identify project risks, implement corrective actions, and provide regular progress updates to senior management.
