Job summary

Iris Software Inc. in Dadri, India seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead fixed and T&M software development and AMS projects, owning customer satisfaction, contract fulfilment and profitability. You will guide scope, risk, and stakeholder communication and develop SOWs for new engagements.

With 10–14 years in IT and strong leadership, you will drive Agile ceremonies, track metrics, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams using JIRA, ServiceNow, Jenkins and related tools.

Qualifications

  • 10 to 14 years of exp in IT with 2-5 years of Project management experience.
  • Experience in project management for development projects using agile-scrum methodologies, estimation, conducting various scrum ceremonies like Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective.
  • Experience in project management for AMS projects, tracking trends, proactively analysing the volume, repeatable tickets, perform RCA and implement measures to reduce repeatable issues, create and maintain rosters and help / team to remove impediments by finding the right resources/tools/process/technology to remove the impediment.
  • Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
  • Knowledge of various performance metrics for both development and AMS projects.
  • Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate tools: JIRA, Service now, Greenhopper, TFS, or equivalent, Microsoft Project, VSS, Sonar cube, Fisheye, Jenkins, and all Office Tools.
  • Ability to proactively call out issues and risks and provide solutions.
  • Consultative & Solution-oriented - Ability to propose design and development approach.
  • Understand and appreciate solution frameworks and architectures
  • Prefer developer background, tech savy
  • Support presales initiatives in estimation
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
