Qualifications

• B.Arch / M.Arch with 3–5 years of experience.
• Strong design, detailing and working drawing skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; Revit is an advantage.
• Experience in site coordination and execution.
• Good communication and ability to work independently.
• "Chennai-based" candidates preferred

Architect | 3–5 Years Experience | Chennai

C. Subba Rao Associates, a Chennai-based architectural practice with over 40 years of experience, is looking for an Architect with 3–5 years of experience to join our team.

We are a small, established practice working across residential, commercial and healthcare projects, and are looking for someone interested in a long-term association and professional growth.

Requirements:

• B.Arch / M.Arch with 3–5 years of experience
• Strong design, detailing and working drawing skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; Revit is an advantage
• Experience in site coordination and execution
• Good communication and ability to work independently
• "Chennai-based" candidates preferred

As a small practice, we value versatility and initiative. Along with architectural responsibilities, the role will involve contributing to social media updates, graphic design, presentation templates, standardising office formats and improving office systems and workflows.

Salary: ₹30,000 onwards, based on experience and suitability

Working days: Monday–Saturday

1st & 3rd Saturdays: Holiday
