Job summary

Thakral One is a consulting and technology services company seeking a Project Analyst to support Agile project delivery, governance, compliance tracking, stakeholder management, and business analysis for technology transformation initiatives. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies and coordinate governance & reporting to ensure successful delivery.

With 5-8 years in Project Analyst, PMO, Scrum Master, BA, or Project Coordination roles, you will work across Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid models,

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Project Analyst, PMO, Scrum Master, BA, or Project Coordination roles.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery models.
• Experience supporting technology transformation or enterprise application projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master and facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices across teams.
• Support project planning, milestone tracking, RAID management, and project coordination.
• Prepare governance reports, dashboards, executive updates, and PMO artefacts.
• Track compliance deliverables, audit findings, regulatory obligations, and remediation actions.
• Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Support technology transformation initiatives by aligning requirements with delivery models.
• Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to ensure successful delivery.

As a Project Analyst, you will support Agile project delivery, project governance, compliance tracking, stakeholder management, and business analysis activities for technology transformation initiatives. You will act as both a facilitator of Agile ceremonies and a coordinator of governance & reporting, ensuring projects are delivered successfully and aligned with organisational standards.

What You'll Do and How You'll Succeed

Agile Delivery & Facilitation

• Provide clear communication and manage expectations across departments.

Experience

• You have 5-8 years of experience in Project Analyst, PMO, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or Project Coordination roles.
• You have experience in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
• You have supported technology transformation or enterprise application projects.

Technical Expertise

• You are skilled in Agile Scrum and Kanban practices.
• You are proficient in project governance and PMO reporting.
• You are experienced in business analysis and requirements management.
• You are knowledgeable in compliance, risk, and audit tracking.
• You are proficient with Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office.
• You hold certifications such as CSM or PSM, PMP or PMI-ACP, or ITIL Foundation (preferred).
