Job summary

Veruschka Foundation in Mumbai is seeking a Programme Manager to design, run, monitor and report on hospitality training programs for persons with intellectual disabilities. You will lead planning, delivery, and team management on-site in Goregaon, reporting to the Senior Programme Manager and shaping a path toward Programme Head.

You will coordinate with donors, faculty and partners, ensuring budgets, timelines, and governance are aligned with the foundation's goals and impact metrics.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or Development Studies.
• Minimum 5 years of overall work experience, with 1–2 years in program management.
• Experience in disability inclusion, DEI space, or the non-profit sector.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Trello, Zoho, or Asana and MS Office.
• Strong people management, project execution, donor reporting, and communication.
• Commitment to disability empowerment and social change.

Responsibilities

Role

The Programme Manager makes sure the foundation's programmes for PwIDDs are well planned, well run and in line with its goals. You will look after planning, delivery, monitoring and reporting, and you will work closely with donors, faculty and partners. The role is based on-site in Goregaon, Mumbai. You will report to the Senior Programme Manager and manage a team of Programme Officers. The role is designed as a path to becoming Programme Head.

Responsibilities

Requirements
